Week 11 of Training for SLO

Taper week and 25 miles done.  It was uneventful and I am going to be heading out to hop on a plane later today so I am going to keep this one short.  The only notable run was the 8 mile long run on Saturday, it felt great and I finally did a better job of finding and holding a pace for a while.  The good news is that it was the pace I am hoping to run the race at so I feel really confident!!  I took the coonhound and he was soooooo happy and had so much to sniff and explore.  Then for dinner I tried something new off the menu at Olive Garden and ordered the Braised beef and Tortellini and IT WAS AMAZING!!!  I will have to order that again in the future.  Here are a few pics and I will see you again after the race!!

San Luis Obispo here I come!! Well after a week in St. Louis first.
